Head, Business Development

Mr. Samuel Goriola Oluyemi oversees the Business Development Department of NIBSS. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Prior to joining NIBSS in January 2005, he was a part of the management of Regent Bank Plc and the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry holding positions of Head, Strategic Planning/Total Quality Management; and Manager, Research and Information Services, respectively. He had equally worked with NAL Bank Plc and the World Bank Assisted Poverty Alleviation Programme Development Committee of the National Planning Committee. He is a member of the Nigerian Economic Society.
