Senior Manager, Corporate Services

Mr. Oladele Olugbemiga Agboola is the Senior Manager, Corporate Services to NIBSS Plc. He holds an LL.B. Degree from University of Ife, Ile-Ife and an LL.M. from University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos. He joined the services of NIBSS Plc in February 2002. Prior to joining NIBSS Plc, he had 8 years stint with Trust Bank of Africa Limited (Merchant Bankers) as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser. Mr. Agboola is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is happily married with children.
